Fee Policy:

  • For Aetna patients: If services are approved after an initial denial, your advocacy fee is fully refunded, 7 days after we receive payment from Aetna.

  • For out-of-network patients: The advocacy fee is non-refundable, even if your insurance reimburses part of your services.
